Our Assessment Methodology
1. Pre-Assessment Interview
Your Indoor Environmentalist conducts a detailed interview to understand your concerns, health symptoms, property history, and any previous water damage or remediation work.
2. Interior Visual Inspection
We perform a thorough visual assessment of all interior living spaces, basic exterior components, attic areas, and potential moisture sources. This includes evaluation of HVAC systems and ductwork.
3. Diagnostic Technology
Using infrared thermal imaging, moisture meters, and accessible borescoping, we document hidden moisture conditions and building performance issues not visible to the naked eye.
4. Limited Sampling
Diagnostic samples are collected strategically based on findings. Additional samples are available at $69 each. All samples are analyzed by AEML (American Environmental Microbiology Laboratory).
5. Results & Report Delivery
The office receives results within 1-2 days. You receive a comprehensive written report within 3-5 business days documenting observations, lab findings, and actionable recommendations.
