Air Quality Experts Corporation is a Florida state-licensed independent mold assessment and indoor air quality inspection firm. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Full and partial property mold assessments
• Post-remediation clearance testing
• Indoor air quality inspections
• Building performance assessments
• Project assistance and consulting
• DIY surface sampling kits (MoldSwab)

AQE provides independent assessment services only. We do not perform mold remediation, and our findings are objective and free of any conflict of interest.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

Product Description

By providing your mobile phone number through any form on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Air Quality Experts Corporation related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service coordination, and appointment reminders.

Message Frequency

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

When you schedule an inspection with AQE, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate property access and contact information at the time of booking.
• Be available at the scheduled time or arrange access for our inspector.
• Provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee. You will be notified of applicable fees at the time of booking.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required to confirm your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. By completing a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon service.

All sales for completed inspection services are final. If you believe there is an error in your charge, please contact us within 30 days of your service date.

6. Scope of Assessment Services

Our inspection and assessment services are conducted by certified professionals using industry-standard methods. However:

• Reports and findings represent the conditions observed at the time of inspection only.
• We do not guarantee the absence of mold or contamination in areas that were inaccessible during the inspection.
• Laboratory results are provided by accredited third-party labs and are subject to their standard terms and limitations.
• Our reports are intended to inform, not to serve as a guarantee of property condition. We recommend consulting with qualified remediation professionals to address identified issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Air Quality Experts Corporation, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of data, or financial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in SMS message delivery due to carrier issues beyond our control.
