Partial / Limited / Targeted Mold Assessment

A focused diagnostic assessment of specific areas of concern related to a known issue such as water damage, leaks, or insurance claims. This service is intentionally limited in scope.

Important: This is not a full-home assessment and is recommended only when the concern is isolated and well-defined. For unknown or multiple issues, a Full Property Assessment is more appropriate.

Important Considerations

Understanding the Limitations

A partial or limited assessment evaluates only the specific areas defined in the scope. It does not provide information about other areas of the property and should not be interpreted as a comprehensive evaluation of your home's overall air quality or mold conditions.

Scope-specific findings: Results apply only to assessed areas

No whole-home conclusion: Cannot determine property-wide conditions

Insurance use: Suitable for documenting specific damage areas

Timeline

  • • On-site time: 1-2 hours (varies by scope)
  • • Office receives results: 1-2 days
  • • Report delivery: 3-5 business days
